I do hereby expressly release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Columbus Sports, LLC, WASA, COSA, NCAA and their respective owners, members, administrators, directors, employees, officers, agents, referees, volunteers, or other participants (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, or damages, on my account (including personal injury and property damage) which occur or are caused, in whole or in part, by my participation in the activity, and whether foreseen or unforeseen.  I further agree that if I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the Releasees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, judgments, orders, costs or expenses which Releasees may incur as a result of such claim. I fully accept and assume all risks associated with my participating in the activity and expressly waive any claims for any injuries, losses, costs, and damages I may incur as a result of my participation in the activity.
